SupplyChain Intelligence Platform is a cloud-based system that pulls an entire supply chain operation into one connected, intelligent space. With multi-warehouse inventory syncing, AI demand forecasting, automated procurement, and live analytics, it gives teams complete visibility from stock levels to shipment status.

The platform pairs a Laravel and Vue.js 3 core with Python machine-learning microservices, so forecasting, replenishment, and supplier coordination all run from one place. Whether it's tracking a shipment or predicting next month's demand, the system keeps every part of the operation accurate and in sync.

Challenge

While building the platform, the development team ran into a few key hurdles:

  • Keeping inventory accurate across multiple warehouses and sales channels at once, since disconnected systems caused constant data discrepancies and no single source of truth.
  • Replacing manual, reactive forecasting and procurement with something predictive, because guesswork was driving both stockouts and excess inventory while suppliers had no structured way to coordinate.

Approach

Here's how the team tackled each challenge:

  • For the inventory problem, the team built a Redis-backed inventory lock with an event-driven architecture through Laravel queues, creating a centralized inventory event log. This kept stock data synced in real time across every warehouse, marketplace, and internal system, even during high-volume transaction periods.
  • For the forecasting and procurement side, machine-learning models built with TensorFlow and Scikit-learn replaced manual estimation entirely, trained on historical sales, seasonal patterns, and demand signals. Those forecasts then fed automated purchase orders, a smart replenishment engine, and a dedicated supplier portal, turning a reactive process into a predictive one.
